Knitting Club Afghan

I'm proud of these guys! This is my homeschool knitting club and the afghan they made for afghans for Afghans. The border was finished today by one of the mothers (the kids did the knitting and a friend and I did the sewing). Isn't it gorgeous? We took the photos today.

That is really beautiful! What an accomplishment! I'll bet you're all proud of that gorgeous afghan.

That's awesome!! I'm teaching knitting at our co-op and we've done squares for Warm Up America. We don't have enough for a whole afghan ourselves, though. I'd love for you to post your tips on teaching kids to knit. We're having a lot of fun.
