I've been knitting alot and posting here very little, so I'll post a number of projects this time. First, the Tulip baby sweater. This is made for a soon-to-be-born baby of unknown gender. I'm so pleased at how it came together, especially because all the yarn was in my stash, with no plans and I had never thought of combining it into one piece before. I'm happy with the results!
Next, a cowl for Mark from my own hand spun yarn. This is the first time I've made anything from yarn that I spun myself.
This beauty is the Madelena scarf, from the Louisa Harding Simonetta book. I just used some mohair I had on hand, but I would love to make this one again. I loved watching the ruffle emerge.
Some stripy baby socks, using this pattern and, finally,
a baby sweater from some red cotton I had in the stash. The pattern is the placket neck sweater from Last Minute Knitted gifts. That's all for now.
