As promised, here are pictures of my first homespun yarn--a sample of the finished thing and the work in progress. I am so pleased and excited. After a year of making bad yarn, here is something I could knit with. Now the only dilemma is to knit or to spin right now?

Your handspun looks great!! I wish I could get the hang of it myself. I can't even seem to get it started, my spindle is forever falling on the floor.
I've been trying for so long to get the hang of it--the key for me was finding someone who knows how to sit with me until I got the hang of it. Keep trying : ).
